These terms cover dylandigited.com and the delivery pages I make for each job. The work itself (what is filmed, the fee, the licence to use it) is covered by the client agreement for that job.

This website

The films, photos and text on this website belong to Dylan Hanmer, trading as Dylandigited, unless a page says otherwise. Please do not copy them without asking.

Delivery pages

• Each delivery page is a private link for the client and the estate agent marketing the property. You can share the page, the film link and the files to market that property, as the client agreement allows.
• Films are played by YouTube. By playing a film you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. My use of YouTube API Services is explained in the privacy policy.
• Downloads are kept in Google Drive. Please save your own copies; I keep the files available while they are useful, but I cannot promise to keep them forever.

Things outside my control

I work to keep the site and delivery pages running, but they rely on other services (Netlify, YouTube, Google Drive) and are provided as they are. Nothing in these terms limits anything that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and contact

If these terms change, the date at the top will change too. Questions to contact@dylandigited.com. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
